Det lyder måske mærkeligt, men den er god nok: Regelmæssig cykelmotion giver mere energi og overskud i hverdagen. Både mentalt og fysisk.

 

Undersøgelser viser desuden, at der er en lang række ”tillægsgevinster” ved at tage cyklen. Motion forebygger blandt andet hjerte-kar-sygdomme, sukkersyge og forhøjet blodtryk.
